Hi Graig, you will need to ask the author Russell Beer for the track texture to use, you can find his email address within the readme file...

P.S. As Russell and his family are moving interstate ("Posted on his site" Read more at http://cvwmstsaddon.blogspot.com/) it will be awhile for Russell to make contact with you, the reason why I am saying this it's because I tried to send Russell a message and it didn't go though, or you can post it on his site and he can get your message then....

Kind Reguards PhilC...

Russell uses "U.K Finescale" track for his routes these days, the Ballarat was made before he started using this. If one reads the complete blog (all entries), you will find that he plans on re-doing the Ballarat route at some stage in the future - this will no doubt include the new track and better detailing and textures.

I would strongly suggest that if you wish to contact Russell, to leave a message (comment) on his blog rather than email him, and he will most likely get back to you once he has fully moved and is settled in Queensland.

Don't expect a reply for a month at least though.

I would hazard a guess that it is the installation of UK FS track the gives the different track texture. I do seem to have this texture on it (and the NE line as well).

I can tell you that both the N.E BETA route and the Main Northern line were built from scratch with UK finescale.
I am pretty sure that the Ballarat route was built before Russell started using UK finescale, and as far as I am aware it hasn't been altered since it's original release.

Great to hear Craigmccoll. To create a screenshot press Prt Sc and then open up Microsoft Pain and press Ctrl and v save the image and then upload it to a website like Image Shack and then create a link in the forum.
