So I assume the email is still up the creek? I just got another bounce. Only seems to take a few seconds for me.

Getting repeated bounces here:

Code:

<moderators@railpage.com.au>: host mail.railpage.com.au[202.80.177.51] said:
550 5.1.1 <moderators@railpage.com.au>: Recipient address rejected: User
unknown in virtual mailbox table (in reply to RCPT TO command)

Unknown user means the server does not know who moderators@railpage.com.au are?

What's the point of trying?
Every message has bounced.

Maybe some should read MGH™ post on page two of this thread were he states that until further notice PM a mod until the damn thing is fixed! I am sure MGH™ will advise us when it is fixed! Cool

Seems it's still not working. Why hasn't it been fixed yet?

Perhaps because the small number of people who look after these things have other and more pressing things to do.

MGH™ has advised us all along that there are some parts of the site which are awaiting repair and just haven't got the the front of the queue.

Alternatively if you want a fully-resourced site with paid staff waiting to take your call ........................

I'm still waiting on DR to fix the mods@rp email address, so that instead of nudging it into /dev/null (as it does now) it nudges it to the ticket system.

The ticket system is set up and ready to go; all the mods have their accounts, they've logged in and checked to make sure it works.

If you have a specific need to email us, the rp2@railpage.com.au email works just fine.

However, I think the type of people whinging that they can't contact us are the same people who won't read this post... Rolling Eyes

Do you welcome general moderation requests via this address, at least while the ticket machine is out of order? Does this one get us all the moderators at once or just the Dev team or what? I'm happy to use whatever address you have but I don't want to cop any flack for using the wrong one for the wrong thing.

I've been sending a few e-mails through to that RP2@.... address. Have you had a bunch of requests for thread relocation, is it working?
