Ron, I'm sorry to hear about your loss I met Lee a couple of times and remember some late night chats on Railpage Australia™, he was always cheerful and full of life and was a good guy and I know that he'll be missed.
I was shocked earlier when you told me on the phone and I'm sorry I misunderstood the situation, if there is anything I can do please let me know.

Ron, I didn't know Lee except through the boards, and from what I had seenn he was quite the character. He hadn't been around here for some time, but it was always good to read something from him, as I thought he gave a unique, and quite often interesting, point of view.

Bucko, you'll be missed Crying or Very sad

Mr. Anderson... surprised to see me?

THis is the initial post on twowheels forum

5.55pm Hey guys, Just had a call from Buckets, looks like bucko has gone off the road somewhere between Cabramurra and Tumbarumba, he was behind someone one minute and 10 mins later no sign of him. The tour and the local police are searching the bush on the side of the road looking for him Buckets is asking for anyone who can get to the area (about 5 hrs from Sydney ) to help look for him to meet at the Tumburrumba police station.

Apparently there were no skid marks or scrapes on teh road - he just disappeared around 2pm. His body was leter found and indentified.

I'll let people know more as it becomes available.

Its always sad when we hear about the death of someone with common interests. But, more so for the close friends & especially those in the family.

Whilst I did not know him either, my heart felt condonlences to all in the family & to his friends.

Ron,

On behalf of all the Railpage Admin, Developers and Moderators and for myself - as a fellow railwayman - I wish to express my sorrow at hearing this sad news. I never met nor knew Bucko, but from what I've seen here, he sounds like he was a top bloke, and would have been a good mate to have.

If there is any way that the crew here can help you, let us know, and we will be glad to help.
