ok here is an easy one
I am a location well over 100 years old that is a bit rough on the side and hardly any trees in the main section but people fall for my beauty and the most observed section of QR I believe.

Well since you are a Gladstone chap and I came from Thangool a name that springs to mind is Three Moon which I think is near Monto way on the Monto to Gladstone line

I think I had the location slightly off as I used to travel Bilo-Monto-Gayndah way often and believe is south of Monto not the coast side. Think it is called three moon due to an old story of a girl drinking at the creek in Full Moon and saw three moons, in the sky, in the reflection in creek and in reflection of dilly was drinking from but dont know if that is a Kids story I read or an Aboriginal tale but that is the only idea of any way I have of it being named Three Moon.

In similar vein
What is the town that comes first in the 100mph stakes though sadly now the mixed does not run and the passenger service has gone to road except for the occasional Historical specials that waltz into town once every few years or so.

Can't somebody make these a bit harder? Wink I've been refraining from guessing because I don't want to think one up, being the lazy so-and-so that I am... Laughing

Given that it has been over a month since activity in this thread, I will assume nobody has taken it, and give out an easy one:

Roadway named after a town west of the state capital
