Simply click on his name at the link you posted to send him an e-mail. Replace the "AT" with "@" in the e-mail address.

That was actually the very first thing I tried. I sent him an e-mail but it didn't go through. I don't think he uses that e-mail address any more. I was hoping one of the members on here knew how to get in touch with him.

And also (if you haven't already) remove the two '%20' sequences, so that it reads the same as the e-mail address included in each of the pictures.

I just got a reply from the webmaster. He said that he found Ian's drawings online and asked for his permission to re-post them on The Railroad Paint Shop. He doesn't know how to get in touch with Ian.
