Don't get UTC. Get Trainz Railroad Simulator 2004 if you can. Or 2006. UTC has some NSW content, but it is getting very dated. I think it has a 48, 44 and 42 included, plus some rolling stock. For download, that I know of, there is some pass stock, plus a 47, and a 42 and possibly a 421.

TRS2004 has access to many NSWGR steam locos, and a lot of rolling stock. TRS2006 comes with a more up to date 48 class, plus an 81 class. It also has available for download more 48s, more 81s, and some other stuff.
