Hi,

My driver setup menu is not working when i am in surveyor. When i try and assign a driver to a train it shows driver setup but when i click on edit it just shows a screen with a heading driver setup but does not allow me to do anything else.
I have tried reinstalling trs2006 and followed instructions installing sp1 and still the problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you install SP1 on a clean install of Trainz?? By clean I mean no added content to the game and the game has to be un-started (not played). This incident happened to me to and just a re-install and it worked.

Thanks for your reply Gomer.

Ill give you a bit more of a run down on what i have done so far.

I originally didnt read the sp1 installation guide and just installed it with out uninstalling trs2006. After about a day i went to go to driver setup and had the above problem. So i did a bit of reading up on the issue and unistalled trs2006 and completly removed the content and then installed sp1 by following the installation guide and reintalled trs 2006 but still had the same problem. I tried just reinstalling trs2006 without the patch and it worked using the old built no but the only problem there is some of the maps i had designed i had designed them when i had sp1 installed or had partlley designed them in sp1 so they wont open in the old version just getting "map errors".
I will try again tonight to reinstall it and see how it goes ill run it before adding my archive content to see if they may be affecting it.
The sp1 file i am using i got from razorback railways site. Do you think there might be a problem with the SP1 file.
I have checked both my old build number and the new build number and seems like that is the correct file

Hi,

I was able to resolve this issue. I had originally installed the game on my d: drive as i didnt have much space left on the c: drive.
So i made some space on the c: drive and reinstalled trs2006 and the sp1 and it is now working great.
Thanks for your help
