Hey,

Does anyone have any pictures of there trainz layouts. Such as the town layout at the stations ect.. as i am trying to get some more ideas for my layout. Preferably frame rate friendly as i don't have the best graphics card.

Thanks

Have you checked out the 'Australian Screenshots' thread over at the Trainz Forums?

Having a look there would be your best bet - some of those QLD screenies are gold! (not that I'm much of a QR fan but still..)

Have you ever tried looking in model railway magazines? they've provided me with some good layout inspiration.

Since I'm learning the road from Port Waraatah to Werris Creek, I figured I'd do what I did for Enfield-Broadmeadow and put the entire thing into Trainz. Trackwork is laid to Muswellbrook, though without the correct gradients at this time, no signals installed, for the most part point numbers are accurate as is the routes available, and I'm starting to put significant objects in...

Thanks for all the replys,

I have checked a few model railway magazines that i have which has given me a few good ideas.
I also wanted to get an idea of other peoples layouts as i seem to sometimes go over the top with scenary and in return this effects the framerate when in driver mode. So i was trying to figure some smarter ways to place the scenary. I am updating my computer in the near future which should hopefully fix this issue. I had been reluctant to upgrade to vista but i read the post in here about vista and it seems all my content should work ok on vista.

Hi All,

I don't know if I've put my trainz pics on the web but I do have them in Put File.
**EDIT** I had them in Put File but had problems with adding new albums and pictures. I've changed to Photo Bucket and have found it quite easy to use and upload too.

I don't have access to my trainz sim at present but when I do I'll do more pics

If you PM me your E-mail, I can e-mail screenshots of my stations, although, they're not very good.
