With all that work, CCS25, will be very welcomed back into service. Is there a repaint planned as well for CCS25, in its green livery? I wonder what she would look like in the same shade green as M4/M5?

All I can say is "probably". Andrew managed the restoration of Y4 so he hopefully had some justification choosing that colour on the name plate.

Stuart

Called into DRR today, CCS 25 tender was still being worked on. Poor X4 badly needs a new paint job, and put under cover. It has really deteriorated this year.
Besides that nothing much else has changed in 3 months.

I looked in the latest Railway Digest mag, a nice shot of tram 29. I remember seeing it, not far off being finished in 2001.
I wonder if it will be out and about on Monday, when i'm up there at the tram sheds?

The annual COTMA (Council of Tramway Museums Of Australia) conference is there this week, so it was probably being tested in advance of/being displayed as part of that

Took some piccies on my phone, but my bluetooth is not working properly at the moment. Once I get it working, I'll get them off.
