At 12.30 today, from what I could see through the walls at work, double T's were heading north with a ballast train through Castlemaine. I gather they will be put away at Ravenswood for the two V/locity's to pass.

Cheers

Ah those were the loco numbers, I saw the two T's through Rupertswood shortly before 1100, say around 1055.

Noticed the track machines back at Gizzy yesterday - I also noticed some workers standing around what appeared to be a new or old section of track placed next to the running lines about 200m past the crossing at the station - possibly some track replacement going on Question

They had been working up around Lake Boga. I think they were meant to return to Bendigo some time over last weekend.

T356 is supposed to be returning to Melbourne today, Not sure if light engine or with T357 and the Train. All i know is that T356 was due back into Melb today as she was going to do the special on Saturday to Bendigo, but now T395 is doing the honours.
