Good Shots man

G535 was dropped off in Junee for Crew training on GX (Train Examination). G535 was there basically as an Air compressor.

Kinda Stupid, because the MB that dropped it off failed at Eastwood, with CLF3 having major ground relays, even isolating the motors made no difference.

I took CLF3 to hospital last night (Chullora RFS)

Apprently we get CLP10 back from an overhaul (no repaint??) tonight.

Thanks

The night photo of 48124 at Junee is my fav.

I also like the composition of 8134 at Bethungra... just a shame about the power poles.

I didn't come here looking for trouble, I just came to do the RP shuffle... break it down...

Awesome stuff! Pity I was busy during the week, otherwise I would have headed up for that case night Smile

Just a few questions, as next week is my free week and I was wanting to head out for a few shots...

*Bomen Oily: Departs Bomen at 1430 on Tuesday and Thursdays?
*1MQ5/QM5: Comes up here on both Monday and Wednesday?
*Sleeper trains to/from Bomen: Daily runners that would virtually cross at Junee at approx 1700 on a weekday?
*Grain train on Narrandera branch: Regular or ad-hoc runner?

Thanks! Smile

Cheers

Nominally about 2:30, but often runs early depending on shunting and XPTs. Doesn't run every Tuesday and Thursday, just as required (normally once a week).

Has been fairly regular recently, it's a Manildra job and has been running to either Grong Grong or Cunningar. If it's on the branch it's at Grong Grong all day.

Sensational photos 4464 just one little correction on the picture above the train was 3AB6 not MB2

Here is a shot of her around 470km later on her way to Brisbane.

Yeah,It was quite a surprise being woken up buy a rumble early in the morning...and not being you guys with the Manildra Job!
I chased it from Brushwood back to Junee, as a 40km/h runner it was easy as!

Thanks Man!Cool
The Sleeper trains, ran Mon,Tues and Wed when I was there!
On Monday, the C/T passed Junee Northbound around 5-5:15pm and the other with 80/442 southbound about 45min later.
On Tuesday, the 80/442 left Bomen around 5:30pm after the ARTC dudes were done with the 442. They were using the 442 for Signal Testing!
The C/T were on time around 6:30 thru Junee.
On Wednesday, the C/T left Bomen about 4:20pm after it crossed NR110/78/47 as snaped above!
The 80/442 came back around 7pm and went straight up to the Roundhouse to stable with the full rake!
On Thursday, there was no Up train, but the Down with the C/T arrived at Junee 5pm and also went up to the Roundhouse to Stable the full Rake!
Bottom line is I dont know how regular this is!

Ta Man! I knew it was either one or the other! I was already snapping CM and GWA in the yard, so I was nowhere near my scanner!
Cool Pic, It shows the distance that they travel, mine was 9:40pm at Junee, what time was yours? Coz it must of had a stop over at Chullora!

NR75 arrived at SFT late at 0715 so she lost a fair bit of time from Junee to Sydney Freight Terminal. 3AB6 NR75(GH)/NR79 departed SFT on time at 1220 with my photo being taken at 1253.

Cheers, Michael Smile
