okie dokes, thanx for that Smile

I'm interested in upgrading my twenty eight point eight kilobaud internet connection to a one point five megabit fibre-optic T-1 line. Will you be able to provide an IP router that's compatable with my token ring ethernet LAN configuration?

Given the price of Tomatoes at Woolies, I won't be throwing them. However, the local butcher's lambs brains price is pretty good. Is that acceptable to throw at you gently? Razz

Given that it took about 2 months from the time I applied for the PN jobs at Antiene and Port Waratah before I started hearing back about them, expect the same for the current round of offers for Port Kembla and Lithgow.

With the amount of recruiting going on in a big company like PN, two months is actually quite good for a lead-time before people who are going to be asked to proceed beyond the initial application get contacted.

FWIW, I also applied for Port Kembla in the recent round and as of yesterday (Friday the 5th of Sep.) hadn't received any news. Haven't heard anything about the Enfield position either, but if there really was 400+ applications for one single position, the culling will be quite ferocious!

Craig.

So far no feedback received regarding Port Kembla positions.

Those who were unsuccessful in obtaining an interview for Lithgow should have received their Thank You but no thank you letter now.

Strangely I received a knock-back about the Port Kembla positions last week by email. At least I had a go. Still short-listed for Antiene apparently (missed out on those by 1 or 2 places out of the final 20 applicants asked to do in-person interviews at Antiene), but have a new opportunity offered to me from another company (for loco driving) just recently which I've accepted.
