Anyone know what status the Powerhouses 32 Class steam train is at? I cant find any news anywhere .. i understand it is at the LES under rebuild right?
I assume with this running also in future they will be able to run more often from Eveleigh/Central?

That'd be 'steam loco' then eh, oldrailfan?
New boiler passed hydrostatic test a few days ago ... at the manufacturer's facility.

You seem to have alot of spare time on your hands - how about YOU join a preservation group and actually do some work, instead of asking question after question after question...
How about you make one thread and ask all your questions in there? Or is that too much of a smart idea?
I did glance over 3265 a few months ago, underframe [wheels] and tender are all thats in the LES, but it was only a quick glance.

So far outside my own work hours this year,
1) I have successfully lobbied all by MYSELF and rather surprisingly succeeded and then had created tourist signs for one heritage location
2) Currently i am working on a charter idea for another heritage group, which will help them make more money for their operation if it works out.
What have you done for NSW heritage this year?

At no stage was I insulting what you may have done for NSW heritage...
However, if you must know, traffic volunteer for a tramway museum.
And I was only suggesting the idea of one thread, but like I said, clogging up forums with questions is annoying, among other things.

Grey primer.
Notice that the 'loco' has turned since the last time that images (I think) were posted on RP.
