Hey.

If you have a permit to photograph, do you need to sign in anywhere, if so where?

The fact that you need a bit of paper to say "Hey it's OK to take some photos on our stations" is a joke HOWEVER I must go by what Connex say. I would go to the SM office (1door after you walk out of the paid section on the left) walk up to L1 and asked them if you need to sign in. The odd's are they will say no, but just do the right thing, keep out of the way of people and you will be right.

The SM's office is to the left of the ticket windows as you enter from Flinders Street "Under the Clocks" - ie as you ENTER the barriers it is on your right hand side. As you EXIT it is on your left.

It is a fairly plain green door - go in, go upstairs and there is a reception desk.

If you still have trouble just ask one of the barrier staff.

From years of study I have derived two observations:

1. The sum of human intelligence is a constant.

2. The population is increasing.

Ohhh so they still call them their traditional title in Mexico... That's nice...

Up here they now call them "Station Managers" (& Duty Managers for the ASM)

Begin slight off-topic rant

Can you guess whom will be the first to go (Management Cutbacks) their calling for...
You guessed it the Station Managers & Duty Managers, not the ones in middle management where the fat really needs &
could do with a decent trimming Exclamation Twisted Evil

End of rant...

You never said which exit from the paid area. There are 5.

Lucky others have been a bit more detailled. Smile

Hey guys, me again.

At Southern Cross, which big yellow box is the Administration area? I know there are many smaller yellow box's but aren't quite sure of which one it is.

Is it the one facing the road, up from the bottom V/Line services? (above the Myki building?

Cheers,

I think it's the one closest to the MYKI centre.

Yeah, that's what I thought.
Never seen a way to get into it though, maybe from the top level near DFO?

There are stairs and a lift inbetween the 2 Yellow pods.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
