Gidday,

I have a photo which I took in Terowie in 2006 of 2 Railcars at the Terowie Railway Station.

Brill Railcar 106 was on one side and Bluebird 280 on the other.

Does anybody know the owner of the original photo?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Wilfy 2007

I gather you mean to say that in 2006, you photographed an old photo which was on display in Terowie. Would anybody know who took this photo?

Would it be Bluebird 280 and Brill 106 at Terowie?

I've got that photo in a Railmac book called "SAR Railcars 1920-1975". It's the last photo on the last page.

BuddyALX,

Does it have the owner of the photo printed in the book?

Hey Wilfy,

I, too, have that book. I'll check it out tonight, and either Buddy or myself will give you a reply.

Wilfy try contacting Railmac Publications, PO Box 290, Elizabeth, SA 5112, phone 8255 9446 or Fax 8287 0696, dont forget to dial the area code for both those numbers before dialling the number dial 08 first. They may be able to help you in your quest for the owner of that photo!

I had to do it this way, as if I put the area code in brackets all I got was a smilie in place of the number!

It says the photo was taken by a man named John Mere.

Cheers.
