Any info on what happened?

Was it a case of a bogie change gone wrong?

Should there be a check to ensure that if bogies are changed, the height difference this creates be accomodated?

Was the problem between the conjoined wagon or the coupled wagons?

1067 may not be the only guage, but it sure the hell is fun!
