Not the Terminal but Blayney is on the right track (pun intended).
This cold place is very warm for the station bearing the plaque.

The station bearing the plaque for the infrastructure in question is a junction with a line to Blayney.

The East and West forks were both done LONG before 1994, Only have to look at the track plans from early 1900's.
