I'm out of suggestions - the older style CR station buildings with what looks like a NG consist. Parachilna, old Beltana, Copley or Telford comes to mind, but not too sure as the surrounding terrain seens too flat.

Correct, the shot was taken at Abminga railway siding, South Australia.
Taken by John Flynn, sometime between 1912 and 1951.
