Bring the 3900s back to Brisbane
Bring Karlsruhe Tramtrains to Australian cities
Extend the proposed Metro to Taylor Square
Extend the Gold Coast line to the Northern Rivers
Bring loco hauled sleeping cars back to NSW
Build a VHST network between the eastern capitals
Bring long distance trains back to North Terrace

Correct!
It is Sutherland platform 3 on BrianB's Main Illawarra V3 route.
The train is an X'Trapolis 100 that is used on Melbourne's train network, but it is in a skin for the Chile operator that also uses Xtraps.
