I was just wondering if anyone had any information on the knew timetable set to shake up the whole network. I have read/heard people say that there are new routes including re-routing all Richmond services to Glenfield/ Campbelltown. I am bringing this up because on the Countrylink website they have put out a notice for people booking after October 2013 that the timetable will change. (http://www.countrylink.info/service_status/service_changes)

Any Information will be much appreciated.

Gladys has said that the timetables are being built from scratch, which means NSW TrainLink (Countrylink) will be using different paths to and from Sydney Terminal to fit around with suburban paths.

The Y Links will be Schofields-Glenfield/Campbelltown, or so I have heard.

That article reads that the Richmond trains will go to Campbelltown, and that there would be no direct trains from Richmond to the City.

I stated that the Y Link trains will start from Schofields. You know, the Y Link trains which used to run from Blacktown or St Marys.

Nothing to do with the Richmond trains, which will continue as they do now- direct to the City.

From what I know already:

- The draft 2013 timetable has been released (to railcorp staff)
- The Inner West Line will no longer run to Liverpool (due to turnbacks and signage not showing IW info at Regents Pk etc.)
- Obvious more services on East Hills line following K2RQ works
- Possibility (but not confirmed) of end of direct Richmond-City services during peak hours
- Daily Cumberland Services to return

No end to Richmond-City services.

Also Cumbo only runs roughly 7 - 7 weekdays.

Will the inner west line now utilise the homebush turnback?

Will the inner west line now utilise the homebush turnback?

I believe it is very likely to do so, in concert with the Lidcombe turnback.
