I must admit, I've been looking for that Candy 422. Did the maths, saw the mark up and postage and thought that another $175 over original retail price and thats not even a buy it now price is just not worth it.As the sellers name implies "allforthelady", obviously nothing is in it for the modeller!
I can't understand something.Because it's funny.
Why are you giving more advertising to these sellers by providing the links?
Edit: Can't be that sure, but I think that a person on Railpage Australia & possibly on of the simulator forums that is also a seller on Ebay, also has in his/her title "(Suits X, Y & Z brands)"
Ebay should have the title set up, so that you can only put one brand in, similar to say an online form.
I can't understand something.I don't think it would be classed as more advertising, it is bringing attention to some of the absurd happenings, if anyone from the site goes and buys the stuff mentioned, more fool them, every forum etc I am on brings attention to these sort of things.

Condition: UsedActually, if you look closely, you will see that there are actually wheels on all of the bogies. The wrapping plastic is concealing a number of them, making them hard to discern, but if you use the zoom in function, you can see them.
"Never been out of box"
Also, would the paper "naturally" be hiding the other bogies on the other two carriages like that, or was that deliberate?
IF they have never been out of the box, as he/she claims, then due to a missing wheels, then that means that Austrains had a faulty item, and the person should have got a replacement, repair or refund from where ever he/she brought the set from.
----------
Edit: "No returns accepted"
But he or she is falsely describing the item.
Top rated seller??

The extra couplers are the long shank type, as supplied with the model as well. They are for those modellers that have tight turns on their layouts.
----------Hopefully you've now accepted the item is indeed in "as new" condition with no missing wheels or devious attempts at hiding non-existent faults.

I am unfamiliar with that model, I only know the SEM one, and I wouldn't build one and sell it for any less! Nice kit, nice model, but if I were selling mine it'd have a reserve at least that high. For a second hand item ?
For a second hand item ?
No bloody wonder it's difficult to attract new hobbyists even more so to local prototypes.
