    Seeing as Railcorp has the new track testing Railcar of the Roger800 type to replace the older ones we may as well have a new sightings thread for him,
    Nice of them to pre name it for us wasnt it.

    Anyway from the Locos and rollingstock thread it is apparently at Broadmeadow undergoing pre service testing so does anyone know when it will enter service yet?

    Location: Fully reclined at the pointy end.
    Apparently, Roger leaves tomorrow morning. I will probably see him, but he will be going the other way relative to me, and I will be aboard the Xpensive Phail Train, so no snaps.

    Thanks for that update.

    Oh well people its a fairly good chance to snap something new on its maiden journy if anyone can be bothered.

    So I went up to Newcastle today, passed Broadmeadow twice and didn't see it. I was told this morning it was supposed to leave tonight instead, but I didn't even see Roger in the yard.

    Oh well.

    Again thank you Watson for looking out for Roger.

    You would think that the Sydney suburban gunzels would actualy try to or care about getting shots but it seems its not a camera hog.

    No worries - I was actually up there to muck about hunting coal and Newcastle STA, but I thought I'd keep an eye out on the way for Roger.

    Does seem camera shy, huh? Oh well - I'm sure he'll walk into our trap soon!

    Is that the rail vehicle ML-039? If it's not, what loco does it closely look like?
