It's no longer Regional
Dave, that's what I thought the problem was too, but the Waratahs have been getting the new logos just as fast as they were before all this supposed legal action. Combine this with very little media coverage, and I'm inclined to think it's all a storm in a teacup. All I keep hearing is the figure $6m, and that's a payout to continue using the logo. They wouldn't be rolling it out across more Waratahs every night if there was any doubt if it could be used or not.
Anyone noticed that the Hunter Line is now part of the Intercity network on the Sydney Trains websiteMakes sense, no point having only 1 regional line. Either have others as regional (Southern Highlands and possibly have Orange-Lithgow shuttles) or get rid of it and make it intercity. They chose the later.

Makes sense, no point having only 1 regional line. Either have others as regional (Southern Highlands and possibly have Orange-Lithgow shuttles) or get rid of it and make it intercity. They chose the later.I'd suggest this is the start of a larger shakeup by NSW TrainLink to redistribute how their trains operate, to ensure the best value for the commuters and other passengers alike.

These refurbishments are inpressive on the V sets I must say. And I'm looking forward to seeing H40 (in photos of course) after having NSWTrainLink emblems applied.I must clarify, it's in the H40-49 series, I'm not sure which set it was. This has yet to be confirmed too...
Are there anymore V sets awaiting these refurbs?
Maintrain is at Auburn next to AMF (Waratah train storage place)the correct info.
