Looking at the trends across all the categories of complaints - I wonder how much of the increase is due to a real increase in dissatisfaction, and how much is due to more people discovering the complaints page or number so they can make their complaints?

Yeah yeah, we've had your complaint registered - now bugger off.

There's a massive difference between providing a forum for people to have their say (whinge), and giving a flying fat rats about that say, or ever acting on it.

These organisations are only required by government bodies to give the impression that they care by providing a means to complain.
