    Gday all,
    I am looking for information on Parkeston in Western Australia.
    My father used to drive for CR, ANR and NR from Rawlina to Parkeston (Kalgoorlie) in the 70's and 80's.
    I lived there (Kalgoorlie) for 17 years but didnt have an interest in trains so never thought to take photo's.

    I am really interested in track plans and photo's of the area and locomotives in the area.

    I have recently started collecting model trains and focusing my attention on Commonwealth Railways, Australian National Railways and National Railways. Would love to model it on Parkeston.

    Except that this photo shows Kalgoorlie Railway Station and not Parkeston, which is several kilometres east of Kal and a very different looking place to this. That lineside locations service shows Parkeston as being at Kalgoorlie Railways Station as well, so needs correcting.
