Auscision N sets have arrived

    They are decals that go over the old numbers, the number boards aren't that well lit from factory so it doesn't really matter that they don't light up after the decals are applied.

    overall im impressed with the cars but, (i have emailed AM and amwaiting for an response).

    My v/line tangerine with green and white stripe D van is missing a complete door locking assembly

    My v/line tangerine with silver stripes is missing one of its tail lamp brackets (in the box was a v/line red bracket which is the wrong side)

    has anyone else had the same issues?

    Have any of you gentleman ran the N set around a 20inch radius with close coupling? Need to know before i purchase a set this weekend.

    I have about 23 inch radius curves and they only just make it around them with the close couplings, so 20 inch curves might be pushing it.

    No worries mate hopefully i can get away with medium length couplings so i don't spoil the look of them too much.

    I had issues running through my points (cant remember what radius they are. maybe atlas' 18") Cars ran through ok by themselves but wouldn't coupled to anything. Haven't had the chance to swap over to the longer couplers yet.

    Gee-whizz, either those Victorian diesels are gutless....or you've got yourself some VERY steep hills down there!!! Very impressive lash-up indeed.

    Oh....and the rolling stock looks pretty good too.

    Hi,

    I got a VPS-6 set the other day, but one of the cars (the BN) has 'Vline' on the side, the other cars have the teacup logo as expected.

    Has anyone else got the same set with an odd car or is this just a one-off?

    I've emailed Auscision but haven't heard back yet.

    sounds like a ring-in....

    might have happened at the factory, ring auscision is your best bet ..

    Have received word from Auscision that my 'mixed livery' set is indeed unique and is now on the way back to Castle Hill for replacement. Apparently only a handful of sets remaining.

    You could've ran it as 2 eras, one way a certain era, back the other way a later/earlier livery... Laughing

    And hang on, you sent it back, that would've got triple the RRP on eBay! LaughingSmile
