Ore Shunter CK5 although she has been out of sorts lately and had a few weeks sick leave.
Mainline
GWN 001-005, GWN 004 has been back in service for a couple of months after having 3 months parked up while the engine was rebuilt.
1301 currently only being used as a middle unit, still a few gremlins from the rebuild.
1302 headed in for rebuild in the last week or so, should be back in time for Xmas.
1303/4 going strong
CK3/4 going Wink
1907 parked condemned wheels
904 parked blown traction motor

CK1 has been banished back out to the Southern Iron facility.

Yeah it was backup Hot Metal Shunter for a while. Southern Iron is all SG, there are also 5 GWA class parked up out there, possibly a couple in the shed too.

That appears to have been canned for now.

Update of the above

1301 has just been refitted with a remote so may be cured.

also completely forgot about 907 which is running on the NG mainline Embarassed

That would be double dipping.

Arrium are reportedly locked into a take-or-pay contract with GWA until mid-2017.

Arrium lease the wagons from a 3rd party.

But I imagine the possible transfer was predicated on extra tonnages operating on the NG which i snow unlikely to happen.

The way the price of Iron's going I cant see Arrium lasting in the business much longer atleast the export business, and steel makings up sh*t creek to, I doubt they'll see out the new year. What's their break even price for the Middleback range mines? think it was 50-49 $ a ton?
