no i get that same message as before 'this option only works with consist not activities'

The only thing I can say is make sure the file you are clicking is a .ENG or .WAG file. If that doesn't fix it, try re-downloading and re-installing Route_Riter.

Lately i have been using the connex comengs and met comeng on the epping line and the broadmedows line (melbourne-seymour) thats a good route what i really like about it is that you can go to different location like newport or sunshine.

i tried that but that didn't work i downloaded the Hitachi from this site but every-time i start it i get this message saying 'failed to find SMS file
file: hhp eng.sms"
then i click ok then MSTS stops working then crashes. do you know a solution

Look for the Hitachi on train-sim.com as the requirements should be listed in the file description there. Also, I would recommend using the Hitachi cabview which I think is also on train-sim.com.
