Question 9 is also a bit iffy you are right about the Express locomotives to a point but it was the 500 class that was used on the Overland Express though the 600 classes although designed as a express locomotive were never used to their full potential on express trains in SA because of the weight of them. They did work some passenger trains though.

The 500 class took the Overland from Adelaide to Tailem Bend were a 600 would take over to Serviceton usually.
