There were 89 sightings for this week; This is the same number of sightings as last week. Making a total of 3398 sightings for this year to date. On day 270 last year we had seen 2784 sightings, this is 614 sightings more than at the same time last year.
We saw 10 sightings on the Broad Gauge, which is 4 sightings more than last week. This total included 4 x PN Grain trains and 0 x Qube Grain train and 2 X SSR Grain train. Total B/G trains for this year are 166 (At the same time last year we had seen 21 x B/G trains, this is 145 more than last year.) Total B/G grain trains for this year are 79 (At the same time last year we had seen 10 grain train on the B/G) This is 69 sightings more that at the same time last year.
We saw 79 sightings on the Standard Gauge, which is 4 sightings less than last week. This total included 13 x PN Grain trains, 2 x Qube Grain trains and 4 x SSR Grain and 0 x GWA grain trains. Total S/G trains for this year are 3232. (At the same time last year, we had seen 2763 S/G trains, this is 469 more than last year. Total S/G grain trains for this year are 985. (At the same time last year, we had seen 475 grain trains on the S/G). This is 510 grain sightings more that at the same time last year.
Total grain trains for this year are 1064, this is 579 more than at the same time last year.
