Sounds fab but it is a long way to travel in a DERM with seat quality and all. The broken Hill idea looks fab.

Tin Hares can get along at quite a good gallop (do they have speedometers these days?), but they may have a lower limit so as to not unduly stress these classic machines; and their seats are rather cramped.Would be even better in CPH's!I think are limited to a slower top speed. Looking at the itinerary it looks like some very long days as it is.
A few years back I went on a four day tour in the CPHs. A year or two later a similar trip was proposed to Broken Hill (from memory) but we were told it had to be in the 600/700 set as they can run at higher speed on the mainlines. But that's only from me memory, not absolute knowledge.Tin Hares can get along at quite a good gallop (do they have speedometers these days?), but they may have a lower limit so as to not unduly stress these classic machines; and their seats are rather cramped.Would be even better in CPH's!I think are limited to a slower top speed. 600 class seats are a bit more comfortable.
