On this date twenty five years ago, Wednesday January 8^th, 1997, we set off on a two day trip up the Hunter Valley to Werris Creek mainly after 442s and 48s working on the grain traffic. The caption for the first train shown indicates there were four locomotives up front, when there were actually five. The missing third loco from the caption is 44215.
