How do you upload route activities??

i have a couple of good activities i have created for the blue mountains line, i was wondering if someboldy could please help me on how to upload my activities to Railpage Australia™?

you'll only get out, what you put in!

Enter the Download Section and then Add Download to the Railpage Australia™ server. Select the file from your local computer and complete the form which requires information on the download. When the form is complete, click add file and the file will be uploaded from your computer. The upload will be approved by a moderator or admin shortly after.

Then announce your upload in the forums.
