It's also ill-informed and requires researching and re-writing, but so far, I'm lazy. "Fo" is meant to be "for", but that's about all I can help you with, there.
As for Clarence. Sigh, Clarence. Alrighty, here goes:
http://www.colonpipe.com/images/clarence.png
I've looped the Lithgow end of the Clarence line under the Main Western, much like it does in reality. Clarence itself is situated to the north of the Main Western, but the line used to loop around.
http://www.nswrail.net/maps/browse.php?pos=150.25402,-33.4813
Here's the area on Rolfeworld, and it confuses me in more ways than one. First, is it accurate to depict the line as I've mapped it? Second, should I just map the damned zig zag? And is Zig Zag (the station) located before or after the Bottom Points of the zig zag itself? According to the Main Western Line listing ( http://www.nswrail.net/lines/show.php?name=NSW:main_west ), Zig Zag station is on the new Main Western, which junctions into the old line after ZZ station, while the map (linked above) shows ZZ station as being after the Bottom Points?
Need for Panadol rising.

I lobby to have the original Illawarra alignments, and for at least a notation saying Oak Flats changed locations by 300m. On that note, also a notation saying the 1906 Central is on a different location to the previous two. Although, if space permits, maybe a seperate Central infobox (also covering Regent Street) would be appropriate?
Edit: That looks as good as I think it will there. Although no doubt you'll pull out something that looks even better with the next revision.
As to Bottom Points and Zig Zag, a train comes out of the Tenth Zig Zag Tunnel, passes beside Bottom Points (at a lower altitude), then stops at Zig Zag.

I think that close date may have had something to do with the sm that was once there as narara had a siding that ran behind where the carpark is but can not remember which side of the track as this is on the arhs track plan cd.
It might be a better idea to take of the closed date untill you can find out when it closed and reopened because it may give an impression that it is still closed.

While I would like to see the Oatley/Como deviation there, your hesitation is understandable. It definitely would be unreasonable to include every such deviation on the network.
I think you have done an excellent enough job already that we can let this transgression slide.
But seriously, anyone who cries foul over your "deviation" decision here needs to get a grip.
I didn't come here looking for trouble, I just came to do the RP shuffle... break it down...

Having made a few maps & stuff myself, & even though it still needs alot of work, all I can say is brilliant!
Putting in time & effort like this for the benefit of others is a noble act, well done young man.
PS: you should add the old Como station, it was/is far enough to the east (on a different alignment) to be a different location, & there seems to be enough space on your map.

Your map of the old Milsons Point area is incorrect - the present station is actually the fifth site of the station. Nor has there ever been a Lavender Bay station.
The first station was the original one close to the bottom of the Harbour Bridge, which connected to the then ferry terminal across to the Quay. This opened on May 1, 1893.
The second station was built in preparation for the original construction of the Harbour Bridge in 1915 which did not go ahead. This was a terminus a couple of hundred metres up the line. It was also called Milsons Point, not Lavender Bay, and opened on 30 May 1915. However, the public complained about the badly-situated station, and due to the Harbour Bridge not going ahead at that time, the station was moved back to its original site (a completely new station) on July 13, 1915.
However, in the 20s the Harbour Bridge construction did go ahead, so the station was moved back to the second site at another brand new station, opening on July 28, 1924.
Finally, when the Harbour Bridge opened, a new elevated Milsons Point station was built, opening on the same day as North Sydney on 20 March 1932.
I believe East Maitland has had 4 separate locations of the station as well. The present station and the Morpeth Branch platform are from different generations of the station.
A final question - does anyone have a reliable source that Macarthur Station was opened in 1985?

Edit:
Information to hand suggests the last service on Ropes Creek was 21 March 1986. So it seems logical the closing date was then or around then.

As far as I can recall Woollahra station was always meant to be above ground in a cutting. It was to be the only above ground station on the line. Can anyone else confirm?

AFAIK it was meant to be above ground, with the steps leading down from the Park into the cutting.
Some remains of where the station was to be situated can be seen just before the Tunnel on the City side.

Some more information you've been wanting...
Holsworthy opened 21st December 1987. East Hills was also rebuilt slightly higher for the opening of the line through to Glenfield. Another rebuilt or moved site tag would be in order (during construction of the second East Hills passengers were sent by bus between Panania and East Hills).
Slight problem with the map in that the electrification date given for Tempe to Kingsgrove in the infobox currently says the wires were strung two years before the line was opened. Given that you've included a seperate electrification date for Campbelltown - Macarthur, shouldn't a seperate electrification date also be included for East Hills - Glenfield?

I suspect, because of the noise issue, it'd have had a lid put on it.

Another contribution.
The Royal National Park Branch was booked out of service at 1200 on 12th June 1991; the last train having run the previous day. However 'services' (in the form of a taxi ex-Loftus) continued to run for several weeks afterwards.

Fantastic map Datazoid!
I noticed that on the Newcastle & Central Coast Line you have Woy Woy & Tascott transposed.
