Yes, it is a VicTrack yard leased to Qube with an open-access regime.

There's plenty of money in long distance intermodal. Aurizon Interstate Intermodal is just too small, too inefficient and too incompetent to succeed at it - it has NEVER made a profit since inception.

If there were spare BG "G" bogies around, I don't think PN will give any up. So Qube may have to swap a G for the GML10....

C501 is not owned by SRHC, it is owned by PN. PN has it on quasi-perpetual loan to SRHC.

Given they don't have any Sydney rail freight, I wonder why they don't go VIC-Parkes/Perth-Parkes & Parkes-Brisbane?

The vans operate Perth to Brisbane via NSW, VIC and SA and they are dropped off or picked up in yards for varying services along the way.
