Route 30. St Vincents Plaza to Docklands Stadium is as close to a shuttle as we get, a shuttle along Latrobe Street basically. It's Bourke and Collins Streets that would kill for shuttle services.

It was a blanket removal of the 90klm maximum. If anyone's really keen you may experience 95 up or down the hill between Holmesglen and Jordanville.
