Whilst train frequencies and service levels ultimately come down to government funding in my opinion, I will say that the big weakness of Connex is its customer service.

There is one thing Connex CAN be rightly blamed for. Not keeping the affected passengers informed of what was actually happening, even when they did have the information themselves.  |
