His family was found showing the destination "Special" in the Lands Leawarran today. The fare quoted was just $6 for a group of 12 travelling together!

Fair comment. Preston drivers are among the last from the "original" YT depots to receive Citadis training. It's about time.

Or are Kew / Southbank drivers receiving route familiarisation to Bund ...

A facetious mind would suggest the current state is Victoria and one more desirable might be Queensland.

They also have overcrowding problems and we are not alone in that.

One of the things mentioned was the removal of Frankston trains from the loop. I guess this got canned for political reasons?
