I'd say you would probably be wrong, there would be nothing that would allow the driver NOT to take the passenger unless they were violent, quarrelsome, drunk, causing a scene on the train, etc.

I'd say you would probably be wrong, there would be nothing that would allow the driver NOT to take the passenger unless they were violent, quarrelsome, drunk, causing a scene on the train, etc.
