Have you changed the railcars from original? If so, how will we have an accurate representation at the NRM when they are retired!!! 
Only one bogie on a 3000/3100 is powered so its not quite an easy swap as can be done with locomotives.

Cars 3002 and 3007 have track greasers fitted. These greatly increase wheel life. I am sure only one greaser is activated presently.

From my memory there is an allowed amount of bad sleepers. I can't remember what it is. (eg - 1 in 6)
