As at last Friday, the new lights over the concourse were installed, Heritage Central has been stripped out and the floor taken back to concrete.

Kiama and Bombo have full sheet timetables for the South Coast line. Not sure how long they have been up.

I can't see the advantage. Plenty of room for train capacity in off peak. In peak it would fill a train with the one being terminated so gain nothing towards capacity and only inconvenience commuters.

I don't have exact info for Roma Street however as a guide, the TAA is showing 1106 on 23/4 through Acacia Ridge then 1117 through Acacia Ridge on 25/4. This may not be the final.

Just gone through Central and 3526 is still sitting on Platform 1 at 1048. No diesel backup. Maybe it got locked in Eveleigh as I could see steam there around 1010 as I was coming up the Illawarra

Gerringong had its own goods shed. Milk siding was for co-op use only produce in and milk out. Sorry about the quality of this pic. I have been scanning some old shots from 1982 at the weekend.
