That's promising to hear. Does Steamranger have a set of broad gauge bogies to swap underneath 845 which would currently be on standard gauge?

Does anyone know if the Pichi Richi Railway preservation society have looked into preserving one of the soon to be scrapped NG 830's # 842, 848, 865, or 871?

Does anyone know the current status on the ex Penrice broad gauge 830's and 700 class?

What is GWA's plan for these locomotives is there any chance of preservation? Perhaps Steamranger?

I'm looking for an Austrains CLF or CLP class painted in the orange and black ARG livery. If anyone has one send me a PM to discuss if your interested in selling.
