have heard the 2 rakes of log wagons in Devonport are going to get cut.

today they run over it to test it and I have been told that they intend to run only empty container's to bell bay until it's fully repaired

Latest I've heard is that by early next week the line should be back running and in about 6 month's they will pull it down and replace the span with a new section

The road was reopened about 4:00PM this arvo and i heard that all rail freight is now to head to Burnie there's talk now of even sending the overseas container ship's to burnie.

My inside info said there were to be 10 or so wagon's removed from East Tamar to go to Smorgon recycling Bell Bay today Carted by Searoad.
