Depending on the size, it may be feasible to use standard off the shelf piping but weld end caps. They can stand some machining of the OD to reduce size, but it could be worth investigating..

CBH 008 and 009, rolled through Kenwick thismorning with a big rake of shiny new hoppers in tow.. any idea where there headed to for working? I believe it may have been there first run.

Another two loco's were unloaded and dragged to Gemco this afternoon.. Narrow guage but not sure of any numbers. Video i saw they were all tarped up still..

I seem to remember the L kit being done by Far North Models.Dave, I'm pretty certain the L class your thinking of was done by Northern Models, who also did the P class. Both of these had there issues, ...

They were released many years ago as kits by Casula Hobbies, along with the J class. I believe an L class was done as well, but not sure if this ever got released or if the ones i saw were samples..

might be worth trying somebody like Canonball in the US... see if they have a 1" scale range. but i'm not sure i've ever seen pics of Hi-Ad or DOFASCO trucks in miniature... Having said that, I think  ...
