I emailed the SGR group some time ago regarding extending  the service to Lang Lang and they stated the line would require half a million dollars to bring the line up to tourist railway standard.

Does SGR group have any future plans to extend their service to lang lang or Koo-wee-rup with State Government funding. Extending the service would have great benefits to the community

I'm sorry to say like the other promises the state government made in regard to passenger rail, the Mildura passenger service will  end up being a dead duck.
