Pakenham in the the morning peak would be problematic to fit in terminating V/Line services, however during the off peak there shouldn't be any issues. Too hard basket/Metro not playing nice I guess!
Pointless introducing a timetable that can't be met whilst so much of the fleet is out of service.
[quote=Clarke Hudswell]Just saw a P class on 3 H cars go through Kilmore East on a Down Seymour service. I don't think I have seen that in, I don't know, maybe 10 years! (I assume it was in service, i ...
Awesome, I thought I had missed out on the early bird pricing!
It's definitely legit; remember it happening.
I'm sure the Office of the Chief Investigator of Transport and Marine Safety Investigations wouldn't waste their time investigating a 'fake' incident!

Tea cup came along in 1981; V/Line was launched in July 1983.
Never heard to it referred to as the bull ring; anyway, yes, electric trains still use it, mostly empty or exchange moves.
There's at least one tabled empty movement running daily.

I think this service will remain bussed to Traralgon, then from 8403 (0704 Southern Cross - Sale) onwards all Bairnsdale services will commence/terminate at Sale.
Trent,
Cars BTN254, BCZ257 and BZN258 remain in red and blue; all are still at Newport.
BTN254 & BZN258 were part of VN18 (N18) when withdrawn, N18 being the last red N set. Wouldn't be surprised ...
Apologies; an extra 2 BZN cars are now back in service; BZN256 and BZN272, making it 5 in total.
Three Z cars have returned to service so far, BZN252, BZN266 and BZN267.
Despite only three Z cars back in service, there's only four 3 car N sets are running around now, N11, N14 and N17 (+N18 in ...
