ok i think the transits should be able to use pep or cap spray as IF and WHEN they need to use it they can. althoug it should be a last resort.

i have been pulled aside on a train with my gf and about 10 mates who were all farely pissed lol and they asked for the tickets and we showed him and then he asked us all did we buy from the automated booth or from the lady. i said booth for me n ma gf and the others didnt remember. so i stood up and said they got it from the booth like me. the T0 looked at me like i didnt f*kin ask u i asked them and i said they are clearly not in a way to answere a question like that...

so i got a 250 fine.

for bakchattin a TO..../

wat is tyhe go

Just don't pay it. Stick it up them - I think the Government is already taking more than enough money from us as it is.

Or you could dispute it - that sort of thing shouldn't be an offence in the first place.

Bollocks.

I'd like to see what the stated offence was, but I can almost definitely tell you the real reason for the fine, and that was because you were acting like an arrogant, rude, and entitled young berk. It should have been double.

If you get on a train farely (lol, etc) "smegged" as part of a group of young, probably overly loud fcukknuckles, then you deserve all you get.

Here's a clue: buy the proper tickets, get on the train, sit down, shut up, and enjoy the journey without being asreholes to the other paying passengers. If a TO approaches you, show your valid ticket and be polite. You might actually find the TO is polite back to you, and you are on your way, and $250 richer.

Just a thought.

mate you may want to rethink your bull story no such thing as a $250 fine, you may have got $250 worth of fines, anyway PLEASE don't pay the ticket, fine may end up considerably more by court.
