SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS............
mixed train loads
down 11 car goods 10 vehicles 90tons
up 64 car goods 10 veh 90 tons gembrook to belgrave
12 veh 105 tons belgrave to uft gully
where any inscrease above 10 vehicles is made on dn or up pass and mixed trains between uft gully and belgrave a vehicle with hand brake screw must be attached next to engine for braking purposes
when load of 64 up cargoods is in excess of 75 tons 3 mins additional running time should be allowed between wright and emerald on schedule of 110 minutes for loads between 70 and 90 tons
engine requirements at water tank 4 minutes each way
maximum speed u ft gully and gembrook 15 mph

just a small correction 64 car goods ran mon thurs
there were no trains booked tuesday wednesday or friday and sunday in 1950
|
