Well, didn't have enough time train looking in Hobart but i did notice some track work just past Conara on the way down, then at Tunbridge plus still work at Conara on the way back.

They've been working up near conara for a while then!
Early last week they were replacing sleepers.



Remember,
The light at the end of the tunnel could very well be an on-comming train! Wink

Seen the 2 Ds at Burnie this morn, they headed out later on, light engine. Was there a problem somewhere?

Well, a first for many years, there is a ZB loco stationed here in Burnie yard. I didn't see the numbers. I'll try and get a photo

2151 is getting repainted in the new colour scheme. maybe not! Hopefully getting a service.

The Burnie boys would nearly need driver training again for the ZB's.

2122 is back in Burnie, I'm heading over tomorrow after work to get a few shots. Here's some shots from the other night when it was on 35.

Two Y's on the same train? I thought it was Xmas!



Don River Railway, Tasmania -U/V class driver, Trainee Fireman, Trainee Railcar driver and Shunter extraordinaire!
