Congratulations, that's correct! Now you and 42101 just need to fight it out over who gets to go!
Cheers:

CLP class? And that would one of the 2 HEP generators that reside in the tail.

Yes emdCLP17, unless they're fitted with a mechanical or hydraulic transmission. All diesel electrics have a genset fitted.

Why did they cover the control panels for? If they didn't want them to be used they could have just disabled them and tagged them, then again I shouldn't question a managers thinking!
I think emdCLP17 was referring to stand alone genset for train power not the traction package.
Mate, if that loco pulls as hard as you do, it'd move anything.
I'd still rather have an ALCo.

The Caterpillar Oman label was the dead give away.
Give me till Friday to get a photo up. I'm having some trouble with my camera at the moment (merely dust).

I think by now the floor could be regarded as open.
In which case, what is this? And where is it?

The control for the desto on a Tangarbage perchance? With the yellow surround, it looks too modern for a silver set, and too old for an Mbug or OSCar ...
